1. Accepting these terms
By using WooSticker or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Store information
We work to describe products, availability, prices, promotions, and images accurately. Colors and scale may vary by screen, and obvious errors may be corrected. Offers can change or end, and products may be limited or unavailable.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for availability, pricing, fraud-prevention, payment, or delivery issues and will refund amounts collected for a canceled order. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Available shipping, return, and refund terms are stated on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
5. WooSticker content
The store's branding, text, graphics, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to WooSticker and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, use automated systems in a way that burdens the service, or use the store for fraud or unlawful activity.
7. Service availability and liability
The store is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WooSticker disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect store, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later activity.
