WooSticker currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs $4.50 and is estimated to arrive in 3–5 business days.
Fast shipping
Fast shipping costs $14.50 and is estimated to arrive in 2–3 business days.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $30 after discounts.
Returns and refunds
30-day request window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request.
Change-of-mind returns
For an approved return because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order details. WooSticker will cover the approved replacement or return costs.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.
