Shipping
Delivery area
WooSticker currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs $4.50. Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern are handled within 1 business day, then spend 2–4 business days in transit (3–5 total business days).
Fast shipping
Fast shipping costs $14.50. Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern are handled within 1 business day, then spend 1–2 business days in transit (2–3 total business days).
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $15.00 after discounts.
Returns and refunds
30-day request window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return by mail. Items must be unused and in their original condition. There is no restocking fee.
Change-of-mind returns
For an approved change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order details. WooSticker supplies approved prepaid return postage and refunds original outbound shipping.
Approved refunds
After inspection, we refund the item price and applicable tax to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping is refunded only for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
