Privacy notice

This notice explains the information WooSticker handles when you browse, shop, create an account, or contact us.

Effective August 8, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as contact, marketing-subscription, delivery, account, order, reward-claim, and message details. We also receive technical and usage information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifier data.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the store, fulfill and support orders, communicate with you, send offers and new-arrival updates when you subscribe, maintain accounts and rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, improve performance, understand store use, and meet legal or security obligations.

3. Analytics and advertising

Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API measure product views, cart activity, checkout starts, and purchases using shared event identifiers. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page use. These services receive limited technical and commerce-event data for analytics, improvement, attribution, and targeted advertising while store analytics are enabled.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, commerce operations, email, delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support. Meta and Microsoft Clarity receive device, browser, IP, page, cart, and purchase-event data for measurement, store improvement, and targeted advertising. We may also disclose information when legally required or in a business transaction.

5. Payments

Payment details are handled by the payment options presented at checkout. WooSticker receives transaction and payment-status information needed to complete an order, but does not intentionally store full payment card numbers in the storefront.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Required cookies keep the cart, session, and security features working. WooSticker also uses a random anonymous recommendation-session cookie and a separate preference cookie containing up to five broad sticker-interest groups. Detailed anonymous preference scores stay in this browser; we do not store search terms, account IDs, order IDs, or personal data in this recommendation profile. Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and advertising while store analytics are enabled.

7. Retention

Anonymous recommendation preferences and recommendation attribution stored in your browser expire after seven days and are refreshed only while you continue browsing. Marketing contact and consent records are retained while you are subscribed and as reasonably needed to document your choices. Order and account records are retained as reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal duties. Pending analytics payloads are cleared after delivery or final failure; redacted delivery metadata is retained for 30 days. Meta and Microsoft apply their own retention terms to data they receive.

8. Your requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in any marketing email. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; we may need to verify the request.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

10. Children

WooSticker is not directed to children who cannot legally provide their own consent. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Changes and questions

We may update this notice as our store or practices change. The effective date will show when the current version applies. Use the Contact page for privacy questions or requests.
