Are WooSticker stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our stickers use waterproof vinyl with a UV-resistant finish for durable indoor and outdoor use. Apply them to a clean, dry, smooth surface for the best hold.
What pack sizes are available?
Available sizes are shown on each product page. Choose a listed pack size before adding it to your cart; selection can vary by theme.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.50 and takes 3–5 business days. Fast shipping is $14.50 and takes 2–3 business days.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal in your cart reaches $30 after discounts.
How do rewards work?
Eligible purchases can earn rewards shown in your account or during shopping. Any current earning and redemption terms are displayed where the reward is offered.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we send it to the email used for the order after the package ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order has been placed.
What is the return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; WooSticker covers damaged or incorrect orders.
